The Clock Is Ticking!

There’s less than 30 days remaining before The 13th Aviation Law Symposium. What started out as a small, intimate gathering of aviation industry professionals, has turned into a large, intimate gathering of industry professionals. If you haven’t registered yet…get to it!

Breaking News (of the future)!

Nimbus Airlines is likely to have an accident outside of the United States within days prior to the Aviation Symposium. It can be anticipated that there will be fatalities and injuries, as well as significant family assistance problems. It can also be anticipated there will be investigatory, criminal, civil, cultural and other issues.

Against the background of what is among the biggest nightmares of the aviation industry, an accident in a foreign country, the Symposium will explore everything including ICAO Annex 13, criminal prosecutions, cultural issues, the unique challenges of family assistance and the whole host of issues, problems and challenges presented by accidents/incidents/events in other parts of the world.

AERO Meeting

The Aviation Emergency Response Organization (AERO) will hold its annual general membership meeting at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 5th, 2018 in Salon 3, 5th Floor of the Ritz Carlton. So if you’re a member, plan on attending and if you’re not a member, plan on attending and joining!
